Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way!

Do you offer free shipping?
As a small business just starting out, we aren't able to offer free shipping at this time — but it's something we'd love to make happen as we grow! In the meantime, we occasionally run shipping promotions, so be sure to sign up for our emails so you never miss a deal.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll review each case individually and do our best to find a fair resolution.

Orders

Can I modify or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, so please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

How do I check my order status?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by visiting our website and entering your order number.

Custom & Bulk Orders

Do you accept custom or bulk orders?
Yes! We offer custom and bulk orders for our sticker products only. Whether you have a design idea or need a larger quantity of an existing design, we'd love to help — reach out to us through our Contact page and we'll chat about your idea!

Is there a minimum or maximum for custom/bulk orders?
There's no minimum order requirement, but currently we can only accommodate up to 100 stickers per order. Contact us and we'll work out the details together!
